Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is provided via UPS Ground, FedEx, and USPS for domestic shipments. For international shipments, UPS & DHL is our preferred shipping carrier.

All in-stock items will ship out within 3 business days of purchase. For out-of-stock items, you will receive an emai about the following steps. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or on Holidays.

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages and dates.

Custom products will require 4-6 weeks processing time accordingly. Please contact customer service before placing orders.

Orders shipped to any of the US Territories including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, or APO and FPO military addresses will be shipped via USPS Regular Service only.

Duties, Taxes, and Fees: Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling costs. Any applicable duties, taxes, or fees will be collected upon delivery by the carrier. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility as we only charge for the transportation cost of the package. You should check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.

PLEASE NOTE:

Once the order is shipped, we are not able to change the address and product.

These are only estimates and not guaranteed ship and deliver dates. We will make every effort to ship your items as soon as they are available.

We cannot provide shipping refunds in the case of national crises, holidays, natural disasters, carrier delays, or other circumstances where the delay is beyond our control.
